Cher has a flawless face for her age, but fans wonder what is beneath the glam since she is almost always in makeup. The Goddess of Pop’s style is marked by boho outfits, leather, lace, and her long, lush dark hair, which she says is never going gray.
Bare-faced Cher has made occasional appearances, including a shopping trip at a Scrimshaw shop at the Whaler’s Village in Maui, Hawaii, over ten years ago. She was dressed in a cowboy-inspired outfit with no makeup on, but there was no wrinkle in sight despite looking tired.
Cher denies surgery
There were allegations of Cher going under the knife for a nose job, dental surgery, and breast enlargement after seeing her appearance in 1985’s Mask and reportedly telling herself, “I can look better than this.” The “Believe” singer denied rumors of a rib removal surgery, noting there are no scars to prove it. “I’ve had the same cheeks my entire life. I’ve never even thought about having any ribs taken out,” she insisted.

The mother of two has been candid about the enhancements on her teeth and breasts, which she described as “botched in every way.”
“Once I had told everyone that I had some procedures, people ended up saying that I had every kind of procedure, which was not true,” she noted.
Cher’s thoughts on younger girls and aging
In a chat with The Guardian in 2020, Cher told the outlet her concern about teenage girls going for cosmetic enhancements. “I’ve never seen girls do so much to want to change everything they look like. I never wanted to do that,” she said. “You’ve got big lips to start with and a big butt. I don’t understand it.”
She also empathized with women like her who are aging, admitting that it’s “not as much fun” even for a celebrity. “What, I’m going to say I like it? No, I don’t…when I was working on the road we used to work two shows a night and then go out dancing all night long,” she shared. “Now it’s like we’ve got to rest because you’ve got another night.”
