Have a nasty cough? It’s no surprise since flu season is in full swing and people are getting sick left and right. Even if it’s just allergies, coughs can take a lot out of you and put a strain on your throat and chest. However, there’s a homemade syrup recipe that is perfect for suppressing any horrible cough.

It’s called PawPaw Garrett’s Homemade Cough Syrup and what’s even better about this recipe? It has a bit of holiday flair just in time for the impending Christmas season and has an alcoholic twist to it; it’s chock-full of peppermint flavors and 101 proof Wild Turkey Bourbon to make sure that cough is eliminated once and for all! (Disclaimer: This cough syrup recipe is for adults ONLY!)
