Parents Are Sharing Photos Of Them Before And After They Had Kids, And The Difference Says It All

Parenting changes people’s lives, everything starting from their homes to habits, hobbies, and even… faces. At least that’s what parenting blogger Mike Jullianelle stated when sharing his ‘before and after’ kids pictures and encouraging others to do the same.

The responses came flooding in and soon the father of two dedicated a whole new Instagram account called gottoddlered, which he filled with side-by-side pictures of changed parents. Of course, the pictures are shared in good fun and no one is actually blaming their kids for their “ruined” faces.

“My blog and everything else has always been about the fact that it’s okay, to be honest about the pitfalls of parenthood. There’s no shame in admitting that for all the peaks, there are plenty of pits,” Jullienelle told HuffPost, “Kids are the worst best thing that’s ever happened to us and if we don’t laugh about the havoc they wreak we’d have to cry instead and I’m not a crier.”

The blogger dad hopes that these pictures will lighten up days of parents who can sometimes get a little overwhelmed by all the parenting troubles.
