She later required surgery for a retinal detachment and says she continues to experience vision problems along with head and neck pain. The lawsuit names Donny Osmond, his concert company, and Harrah’s Las Vegas as defendants. Donny Osmond has not issued a public response, and the venue has also not commented on the situation.
