According to PEOPLE, the ceremony honored artists across generations, yet Frehley’s absence shaped the night in a profound way. His bandmates shared memories that highlighted how deeply his creativity influenced their journey.

Paul Stanley and Peter Criss spoke openly about the bond they still feel with Ace Frehley. Criss noted that even though the group no longer performs together, the connection remains. Stanley added that he felt Frehley’s presence during the celebration and believed he had looked forward to attending.
