Natalie Wood’s 13-Year-Old Granddaughter Follows In Famous Grandmother’s Footsteps With First Big Gig

by Ruth A

Published September 15, 2025

Natalie Wood’s legacy continues to shine through the next generation. In an unexpected twist, her 13-year-old granddaughter, Clover, has become the face of a fragrance line that began as a way to honor the late actress. The campaign ties together three generations of women: Natalie, her daughter Natasha Gregson Wagner, and now Clover, who is stepping into the spotlight.

The fragrance, called L’Amour Mēre, was created by Natasha as a tribute to her mother. While the brand has been close to her heart for years, Clover’s involvement came naturally during a photo shoot in New York. According to People, what began as a casual moment has now turned into a full campaign that celebrates both family and memory.

Clover Joins the Family Legacy

Natalie Wood’s granddaughter didn’t plan on becoming the face of the line, but her presence brought a new layer of meaning to the project. Clover wore a Natalie Wood T-shirt during a relaxed shoot, and when asked about it, she proudly explained, “It’s my grandma.” That simple statement sparked the idea to feature her in the campaign. The photographs captured her natural softness, evoking the same luminous spirit that defined her grandmother’s career.

Natasha, who was only 11 when Natalie passed away in 1981, sees this as a way to connect her daughter to the grandmother she never knew. She explained that the fragrance line has always been about bottling memory, whether through gardenia, rose, or even the Russian word for love, “Lyublyu.” Now, with Clover stepping in, the project reflects both remembrance and continuation.

A New Generation Learns About Natalie Wood

As she grows older, Natalie Wood’s granddaughter has become increasingly curious about her grandmother’s fame and career. Clover recently watched Splendor in the Grass and was struck by the depth of emotion in Natalie’s performance. Natasha shared that her daughter often compares her grandmother’s level of fame to today’s stars, asking questions about how well-known she really was.

For Natasha, these moments are special. They allow her to share stories about her mother while also encouraging Clover’s own sensitivity and creativity. Just as Natalie left her mark on Hollywood with films like West Side Story, Clover now carries that light forward in a different way—through fragrance, memory, and family connection.
