Ella’s post comes a week after she shared the minimalist cover art for her latest song, and this time, she posed outdoors on a couch in a white pantsuit set. She held a white ukulele, which she appeared to be playing with as she crossed her legs. “This song is about the celebration of life,” her caption stated.

She briefly shared the inspiration behind the track, noting that it is about a beautiful time in her life. “I spent the last two years thinking about what I wanted this song to be, only for it to be written overnight,” Ella added, after which she directed her followers to pre-save the body of work in her bio.

“Little Bird” will be available for streaming starting on September 6, and Ella’s fans cannot wait to hear her sonorous voice again after so long. “Nice theme, I hope to hear your new song soon.
