A few internet trolls shared their thoughts too, noting that Gayle’s swimwear run is starting to get “silly.” Some other users accused her of losing weight through the trending semaglutide injection, Ozempic, and lying to the public about working out and eating healthy to shed some pounds. Questions also arose about Oprah’s use of the drug, with a few genuinely concerned about the show host’s well-being.

Gayle’s weight loss journey

Thanks to Weight Watchers, Gayle lost a whopping 30 Lbs in 2016 and credited the transformation to intense hour-long workout sessions five to six times a week. Although she admitted to not enjoying exercise, Gayle loves to get on her treadmill, incorporate resistance bands into her sessions, and do some weight lifting.

Her dedication paid off, with her gorgeous body being a topic after her debut as a cover girl for Sports Illustrated’s 60th-anniversary issue. Gayle has yet to address rumors about her use of Ozempic. However, her best friend Oprah has been open about opting for the quick fix. She expressed gratitude for the new medical breakthrough, asking fans to avoid shaming people for using it.
