During the latest episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the talented show host got candid about the one song she is unable to sing, revealing that she has messed it up “a gazillion times” despite growing up listening to it. Kelly Clarkson shared clips of her rehearsing to the ‘90s track, proving she could indeed not perform it impressively.
Kelly could be seen struggling with the music and lyrics, with the recording featuring multiple bloopers and moments where she arguably gave up. Fans took to the comments to encourage Kelly, asking that she not be so critical of herself.

Kelly’s social media post revealed the one song to be “Blaze Of Glory” by Jon Bon Jovi, which was written for the movie Young Guns 2. She explained that her major problem was more of reading the lines than singing or hitting the notes. She admitted to giving up on the song and accepting she would never get to cover it.

As she attempts to perform the track on stage, Jovi is seen coming through from the curtains and Kelly immediately falls to her knees, yelling “I can’t say the words,” as if to defend herself. Jovi embraces her with a smile as the audience goes wild with applause.
Fans react to Kelly’s flop on ‘Blaze Of Glory.’
Kelly’s fans left kind words in her comments despite her butchering Bon Jovi’s song. “The fact that you embrace doing the wrong thing, and joke about it, speaks to your character and why many people love you,” someone penned. “I love this girl because she is so real,” another added.
“Blaze of Glory” was part of Bon Jovi’s debut solo studio album of the same name, which he released as a member of the group Bon Jovi. Joining him on the project— featuring 11 tracks—were the likes of Elton John, Little Richard, and Jeff Beck. The title track topped the Billboard Hot 100 at the time, and earned Academy and Grammy nominations, and won a Golden Globe for Best Original Song.
