Terminator star and former Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, is a proud father of five children—Katherine, Christina, Patrick, Christopher, and Joseph Baena, whose birth came with a lot of controversy. Baena was born to Arnold by his longtime housekeeper, Mildred Patricia Baena, which led to his divorce from Maria Shriver.
Baena turned 26 last October and has amassed a growing fanbase of over 620,000 followers on Instagram and the admiration of Arnold’s fans. Baena recently began getting closer to his father, and they both share a mutual love for the gym and fitness. He calls Arnold the “best training partner in the world.”

Baena’s Instagram grid is packed with gorgeous photos of his bulging muscles and aesthetic snaps of wholesome moments. He recently shared black-and-white shots of himself in the gym, focusing on his amazing build and breathtakingly sculpted arms. “If not now, when?” he asked via the caption.

Despite seeing it often in previous posts, his followers could not get enough of his macho body. “I would love to see you compete. Just once,” someone requested. Many were quick to point out the resemblance he shares with Arnold while complimenting and advising him. “I’m sorry but Joe reminds me of Arnold the most literally has his face and height and the same build..everything,” a follower gushed. “Just like Arnold Schwarzenegger took his time to build his physique, you too will be prepared when the stars align,” another penned. “Stay focused, stay determined, and keep your vision clear.”
Baena is a budding actor and a real estate agent at a California-based agency ARIA Properties. The Pepperdine University graduate debuted his first movie role in 2021’s Bully High. As a lover of the spotlight, he paired up with pro dancer Daniella Karagach on Dancing With the Stars season 31.

Last year, he was announced as a cast member of the upcoming action film Gunner, featuring Morgan Freeman and Luke Hemsworth. About taking the famous Schwarzenegger last name, Baena considers it “the last thing on my mind” and prefers to chart his course rather than depend on Arnold’s celebrity status. “I think really the thing is that I haven’t focused on changing it. I’m doing my own thing. I haven’t thought of it that much. I have a last name already,” he stated.
