Elizabeth Hurley is known to flaunt her toned body and ageless beauty as she regularly shares snaps of herself in bikini photos to promote her swimsuit line. The 58-year-old doesn’t hesitate to share her secrets to staying young and healthy with her fans.
The supermodel recently claimed that her make-over session does the trick. “Once more unto the breach, actors & models must spend the equivalent of YEARS in the make-up chair,” she wrote. “I love it as I get to spend time with some of my favorite artists who are wielding their brushes and working their magic.”
Hurley understands that aging is a process, but she says not losing one’s sex appeal is vital, and that’s why she prioritizes her looks and body shape. The actress shared that she does not involve herself in any physical exercise to maintain a trim body and shape. “I don’t do any set exercise but can’t sit still for long,” she said. “I’d rather do housework than go to the gym. I’d rather scrub a mirror—it does just as much.”
The mother-of-one is on a quest to make sure women embrace body positivity and do whatever makes them happy. Her regular swimwear post is meant to remind them to “do whatever the hell they want to do, and damn anybody criticizing them.”
Despite criticisms, the actress who gained fame in the fashion world in the ’90s is not slowing down on her dreams as she keeps promoting her swimsuit line.
“It’s completely absurd if people think they can’t put a bikini on and enjoy being on the beach because people might think their body looks too old,” she told SheKnows magazine. “I mean, that’s just obscene. It’s a terrible point of view.”
