Madonna Shares Sultry Behind-The-Scenes Snaps In Fishnets And Leather Corset

Madonna marked the conclusion of the European leg of her Celebration tour with steamy highlights behind the scenes and onstage. She touched down in Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, and London in the last two months, serenading concert-goers at different venues.

The Queen of Pop showed off her slender frame in fishnet tights and a black leather corset accentuating her curves. “European photo dump. See you at the Big Apple,” she wrote, hinting at the ensuing North American leg.

Barely there

The “dump” featured shots of the “Material Girl” singer in her underwear, on the bathroom sink enjoying Bad Bunny’s hit song, Monaco, posing and dancing with friends at parties, and much more. Fans could not get enough of her age-defying shots and poses, which they praised her for in the comments. “Oh I just love it when Madonna is madonnaing,” someone wrote.

However, some of her followers criticized her as they thought she was too old for such outfits or did not deliver a satisfactory concert experience. “65 coming up with an awful tour. Yay her…enjoy your 2hr wait for her to get onstage while you sit bored out of your minds,” someone wrote. Others came to her defense, noting that “the fact that she’s touring after what she’s been through shows how strong she is and how much she wants to give to her fanbase.”

What inspired the Celebration tour?

Madonna’s Celebration tour seeks to give “a rare reflection of her unparalleled career” and “an emotional journey through some of her biggest hits.”

“I am excited to explore as many songs as possible in hopes to give my fans the show they have been waiting for,” she said in her January press release.

She dedicated her opening performance in October to her friends and many others who have died of AIDS-related complications, including stars like Keith Haring, Martin Burgoyne, director Herb Ritts, and the legendary Queen frontman Freddie Mercury. “I lost a friend to AIDS also,” a fan said. “That really moved me.”
