Nicole Kidman made a recent post on Instagram promoting Aussie music in a tee shirt that had “Music is mine, and it’s yours” inscribed on it and other colorful shirts in subsequent slides. She leaned against a door and crossed her feet in the photo with the caption, “Celebrating Aussie music for #AusMusicTShirtDay today! Throw on a tee from one of your favorite Australian artists to help raise funds for music workers.”
Meanwhile, fans were more concerned about Kidman’s appearance as they noticed her slender arms and legs. “Nicole, are you okay?” someone asked. “You look thinner than I’ve seen you look,” another added. Others suggested she eat more food, including a follower who called for a “sandwich” to be served to Kidman.

Amidst the complaints about Kidman’s thin appearance, some users defended her and warned worried fans to stop exaggerating. “She has been like this all her life, long and lean, don’t forget the tan color makes her look thinner, and the lighting and photography distorts reality too,” someone wrote. “Just let her be, haters gonna hate.” Comments have since been turned off on the post.

Others simply complimented the actress, completely ignoring the panic under the photos. “I love seeing celebrities just being themselves and having fun,” a fan said. “Such an ageless BEAUTY,” another praised the 56-year-old. Aussie music fans also cheered her “refined” music taste as a King Gizzard and the Wizard Lizard fan.
Kidman’s controversial looks
Kidman drew attention, mostly negative, with a magazine cover shoot last year that featured the Just Go With It star in a daring pose with flexed arms, bold makeup, and an edgy hairstyle. Critics thought the photo promoted unrealistic beauty standards and encouraged fitness to be gauged by a particular body type. A former registered dietitian, Laura Cohen, weighed in on the issue, calling her looks “unfeasible” for most, per genetic advantage.
To maintain her trim physique, the mother of two embraces physical activity like running, biking, and yoga. She also involves family in her workout to make it more enjoyable, especially because she grew up with a dad who would drag her out of bed to run laps together. Although Kidman is not the best cook, she ensures that she eats healthily and in moderation.
