Molly Ringwald stole the show at the 2023 CFDA Fashion Awards ceremony that took place at the American Museum of Natural History. She wore a long scarlet dress with one shoulder out and wore her hair in the shaggy ‘80s mullet style.
The Sixteen Candles actress looked regal as she stood out among other A-listers at the event. Just a few weeks ago, Molly attended the American Ballet Theater Fall Gala in New York City with her 20-year-old daughter, Mathilda Ereni Gianopoulos, and they both looked stylish in their sparkly dresses.

Molly has explored several hairstyles and hair colors over the years, with her latest being the edgy cut from the ‘80s. “It was really blond, and then it was red, and then I had to go back to blond for reshooting scenes for Jem. Then I decided I wanted to go back to my natural color, which is reddish brown,” she said in an interview.

She also keeps her hair healthy with her favorite Oribe products like the Signature Moisture Masque, the shampoo, and the Royal Blowout spray. “For products, I’m very partial to Oribe… I love the smell,” she added. Due to the frequent changes to her hair, Molly keeps it strong with Olaplex. “The Olaplex helps. I feel like all the colorists are using it,” she said.
Molly’s secret to ageless beauty
Molly, who turns 56 next year, has maintained a gorgeous look through the years and after three children. Her secrets include physical activity like running and yoga and making sure to “enjoy life.” “I like yoga that’s more athletic, so more Ashtanga than Iyengar,” she noted.
Unlike most celebrities who opt for a strict diet, Molly loves her carbs and does not want to wave gluten goodbye. “I’m sure I would weigh less than I do if I was more regimented, but then I wouldn’t have the life I do,” she added. “I love the social aspect of eating and going out for meals.”
