AI-Generated Photos Show What Elvis Presley Would Have Looked Like Today

AI is taking the world and social media by storm with the many different things you can do with it. An AI software named DALL-E 2 AI generated images to show us what the Rock ‘n’ Roll King, Elvis Presley, would look like at 88 if he were alive.

In the photos, Elvis looked slightly slimmer than in his final years, with his full hair having some streaks of gray. As expected, he also had some wrinkles and jowls around his mouth as it hung open. His open mouth revealed stained blue and yellow teeth peeking from behind, too.

Elvis died at 42

Death robbed the world of seeing what Elvis fans would look like today, as the iconic singer died at 42 in 1977. He was found unresponsive in his bathroom after trying to defecate. According to reports, Elvis died from hypertensive cardiovascular disease, where his heart shut down due to a compressed aorta from the “strain of attempting to defecate.”

The “Suspicious Minds” singer was constipated for up to four months, with a bad diet contributing to his poor health. Elvis was known to binge on fast food like cheeseburgers and suffered other issues like vertigo, back pain, insomnia, and eye infections. In 1973, he fell into a semi-coma from severe respiratory distress and, even worse, had further problems like hepatitis and a bleeding ulcer.

His final years were challenging

The years leading up to the legend’s death were filled with a series of health breakdowns after the other. It was rumored that he did not bathe for the whole of 1975, causing sores all over his body. The year after, he tripped over a TV cord, hit his head, and fell again after hitting the bathtub’s edge. His girlfriend, Ginger Alden, found him right when he landed on the floor before his tragic passing.

“His arms lay on the ground, close to his sides, palms facing upward. It was clear that, from the moment he landed on the floor, Elvis hadn’t moved. I gently turned his face toward me. A hint of air expelled from his nose,” she said.

“The tip of his tongue was clenched between his teeth, and his face was blotchy. I gently raised one eyelid. His eye was staring straight ahead and blood red,” she added.

According to the toxicology report, he was confirmed dead on August 16 with fourteen different kinds of drugs in his system.
