Joan wore a white bikini and a matching hat while standing beside her husband, who lay in a blue floatie in salmon pink shorts. The couple looked happy together, even after more than two decades of marriage. Fans gushed in the comments over Joan’s looks, saying she still looks youthful.

Last year, Joan was airlifted to the hospital after suffering from a pinched nerve in the leg, but she was back rocking heels in no time. This October, she will be on the road for her stage tour lasting the whole month.
