For formal occasions, which likely referred to film premieres and red-carpet events, the actress was directed to use pHelitone on her entire face, under her eyes and neck, and decollete. This was to be followed by the application of Duo-Phase Face Powder. As for her evening routine, Monroe was advised to put on Active Phelityl Oil on her entire face, and once it dried, she was to apply Active Phelityl Cream and Controlling Lotion.
