Kelly Osbourne’s Son, Sidney, Is Apparently Not Doing Well

Kelly Osbourne welcomed her first child with musician Sid Wilson late last year. The TV personality recently gave an update regarding her baby boy’s health following the start of an illness a week ago. She posted a photo of herself cuddling baby Sidney on her Instagram story.

“We are almost one week into having the flu, and little man is still unwell,” she wrote in the text overlay on the photo. This is a rare update as Kelly has been private about her pregnancy and baby; she even issued a statement in January frowning at her mother, Sharon, who revealed his name on TV. “I am not ready to share him with the world. It is no one’s place but mine to share any information on my baby,” she wrote.

Kelly hid her pregnancy to avoid getting fat-shamed

Kelly revealed that she hid her pregnancy throughout the term after sharing a photo from backstage of The Masked Singer show. A fan asked why she looked “quite different,” indicating they never saw her pregnant. “Did you have work done on your neck, face? You look quite different. Also, I never saw a pregnant picture of you, did you hire a surrogate to carry your child? Thank you for your transparency,” they commented.

The 38-year-old responded that she never had any work done and only slimmed down, contrary to the rumors. “It’s just from weight loss. Honestly, I’ve only had Botox,” she wrote. “There are no pictures of me pregnant because I hid for 9 months because I did not want to get fat-shamed.”

Kelly is private about her son

Sidney’s first publicly shared photo dates back to March, months after he was born. Kelly posted a photo of the baby and her brother, Jack, who came to visit. “An uncle is a blessing. It means so many things. Words could never tell the joy an uncle brings,” she captioned the post. “An uncle is a bond of faith that even time can’t sever, a gift to last all of our lives. An uncle is forever.”

She shared another photo of Sidney during Easter this year, with a purple heart emoji covering his face. Kelly laughed heartily as she carried her son while standing beside the pink Easter bunny. “Baby Sidney and I just met the Easter bunny,” she wrote. Sidney’s dad responded in the comments with two red heart emojis.
