TV star Lynda Carter pleasantly surprised her fans with an Instagram photo featuring her 32-year-old daughter Jessica Altman. “Thank you all for the sweet birthday wishes. Enjoyed a relaxing weekend with my daughter @jessica.carter.altman… join us in NYC at @dromnyc for her show 7/26,” Lynda wrote in the caption.
Lynda’s daughter, Jessica, is a singer like her mother and has recently debuted new songs. She has always wanted to be a singer since childhood and has thanked her mother for being a great coach on several occasions. “My mom has been a fantastic champion of my music and has allowed me to build my career and evolve on my own,” Jessica said.
In the recently shared photo, the mother and daughter looked like sisters, thanks to Lynda’s youthful looks. The former beauty queen shared a pinup swimsuit photo in May, which had her fans in awe. The photo was a throwback from the ‘80s, and Lynda wore a black one-piece bathing suit with her raven hair let down. “Happy Swimsuit season,” she wrote.
Fans took to the comment section to praise Lynda. “I’m a happy guy who grew up with you as my role model, and you have been incredible nonstop since WW, thank you for being an inspiration,” someone wrote. “Looks WONDERful!!” another affirmed, with a pun intended.
Jessica and her mother have worked together on multiple occasions. In 2018, they performed “All I Have to Do Is Dream” by the Everly Brothers on The Voice years ago. In an interview with Access Daily, Jessica recalled moments when she and her sibling sang on stage with their mother, including her first gig.
“It started off as a family affair. My brother had performed with my mom at the Kennedy Center, and my mom, when I was in law school, asked me if I would consider performing with her, not really realizing how nerve wracking it would be until I actually walked on stage,” she said. Jessica thanked her mother for opening doors to many more gigs after that.
