Olivia Newton-John is greatly missed by her husband

Olivia Newton-John was first diagnosed with cancer in 1992. In 2017, she experienced severe back pain, which was later discovered to be one of her breast cancer symptoms. While battling stage 4 cancer, she told Today how her loving partner has been instrumental in helping her get better. “I have my days, I have my pains, but the cannabis that my husband grows for me has been such a huge part of my healing, and so I’m a really lucky person.”

After she died in 2022, John Easterling, her husband, expressed his grief and sadness on his Instagram page. “Olivia, our love for each other transcends our understanding. Every day we expressed our gratitude for this love that could be so deep, so real, and so natural. We never had to ‘work’ on it,” John mourned. “We were in awe of this great mystery and accepted the experience of our love as past, present and forever. Even now, as her soul soars, the pain and holes in my heart are healed with the joy of her love and the light that shines forward.”
