‘Jeopardy!’ Fans Respond To Host Mayim Bialik’s ‘Embarrassing’ Confession

Mayim Bialik is very busy these days and she has a confession to share. She has been co-hosting Jeopardy! with Ken Jennings, starring in her own sitcom called Call Me Kat, and has a podcast called Mayim Bialik’s Breakdown. In addition, she will make her directorial debut in April with the show As They Made Us. She also has a family, so fans wonder how she does it all.

In a new TikTok video, Mayim shared a confession on how she relaxes at the end of a busy day and fans ended up being inspired by her tips. Mayim said that she created a meditation corner in her bedroom where she keeps items that bring her peace including crystals and candles.

In the video, Mayim said, “This is kind of embarrassing but ones of the things that I did during this last year of the pandemic is I tried to find spaces in my home that could bring me comfort. Because without all the places that I normally go to distract me or do fun things, it was feeling kind of hard. It was feeling hard. So, I turned a tiny mediation corner in my bedroom. Don’t laugh.”

She added, “This is my mediation corner. I sit here. I turn off all the lights at night and I just put [one] light on and I light some candles. Sometimes I just sit. Sometimes I do mediate … I don’t mean to be embarrassed by it. It’s just something I’ve never had, and I really like it.”
