Katherine Schwarzenegger and her husband Chris Pratt welcomed their first baby together. Katherine’s brother Patrick confirmed that she had the baby recently. Patrick was seen by Entertainment Tonight out with a gift wrapped in a pink bow. He confirmed the gift was for the new baby.
Patrick also said that mom and baby were both doing well. While Chris has a 7-year-old son with ex-wife Anna Faris, this is the first child for Katherine. She is also the first of the Schwarzenegger children to have a baby. Her parents Arnold and Maria must be over the moon!
It appears that Chris and Katherine were last seen hiking on August 1. Chris shared an Instagram Story giving his wife props for hiking while very pregnant. He wrote, “Ready to pop, still don’t stop. Kinda grateful it didn’t go down on the trail tho to be real.”

Katherine and Chris got married last June. Chris has shared in the past what a great stepmom Katherine has been to his son and how excited they would be to start a family. They announced the pregnancy in April. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, they seemed to be in good spirits.
Katherine said she spent her free time in the kitchen and learned how to cook new dishes. She said, “It was my New Year’s resolution to get more comfortable in the kitchen with cooking. I’ve always loved baking, but I definitely wanted to learn more in the cooking department. And to learn non-intimidating and simple recipes.”
Congrats to Katherine, Chris, and the entire family! We can’t wait to see photos of the baby!
