Sally Field was recently spotted out and about in LA looking completely different than we remember her in some new rare photos. She kept it casual, wearing a striped long-sleeved windbreaker over a T-shirt, paired with white capris and matching sneakers. Sally also sported a blue hat to shield her eyes from the sun, maintaining a lowkey look. Sally's most recent role was in the 2023 film 80 for Brady, alongside Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, and Rita Moreno. Before that, she starred in the 2022 movie Spoiler Alert and appeared in nine episodes of Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty. The two had starred together in Mrs. Doubtfire in 1993. Williams tragically died by suicide in August 2014 at the age of 63. “I’ve never shared this story before,” she told the outlet, recalling a moment on set while filming the movie. “I was in the camper outside the courtroom where we were shooting the divorce scene. My father had suffered a stroke a couple of years earlier and was in a nursing facility. I got a phone call from the doctor telling me my father had passed, a massive stroke. He asked if I wanted them to put him on a resuscitator, and I said, ‘No, he didn’t want that. Just let him go. And please lean down and say, “Sally says goodbye.”’ I was, of course, beside myself. I went on set trying my hardest to act, not crying. Robin came over, pulled me aside, and asked, ‘Are you OK?’” MRS. After she explained what had happened, Williams insisted she leave the set to be with her family. “And he made it happen — they shot around me for the rest of the day. I was able to go home, call my brother, and make arrangements,” she recalled. “It’s a side of Robin that people rarely knew: He was very sensitive and intuitive.”
