A gathering of television legends turned into a memorable trip through Hollywood history when Jaclyn Smith, Donna Mills, Morgan Fairchild, and several familiar faces reunited in Dallas. The stars came together for the Farrah Fawcett Foundation’s Tex-Mex Fiesta, mixing old friendships and classic TV nostalgia with an important charitable cause.
According to Parade, photos from the evening captured the actresses smiling and posing together while celebrating the life and legacy of Fawcett, who died in 2009. For longtime television viewers, the Jaclyn Smitha and Donna Mills reunion was particularly special, bringing together women closely associated with some of the most memorable shows of the 1970s and ’80s.

The Sept. 24, 2026, event took place at The Rustic in Dallas and marked a major anniversary year for Fawcett. Fifty years earlier, she became a pop-culture phenomenon through both her famous red swimsuit poster and her role as Jill Munroe on Charlie’s Angels. Smith and Mills served as co-chairs alongside Alana Stewart, while Chuck Steelman chaired the evening.
The celebration included a Tex-Mex dinner, margaritas, mariachi music, an auction, and a performance by country duo Big & Rich. Desperate Housewives star and cancer survivor Marcia Cross also received the foundation’s Angel Award. Other guests included Linda Gray, Sheree J. Wilson, Charlene Tilton, and Andrew Stevens, creating a gathering that looked almost like a reunion of several decades of prime-time television.
The Night Kept Farrah Fawcett’s Legacy Close
Smith’s connection to the occasion ran especially deep. She starred with Fawcett and Kate Jackson in the original Charlie’s Angels, which debuted in 1976 and quickly turned its three leading women into television icons. Decades later, Smith continues to speak affectionately about her former co-star. In an excerpt from her memoir, she summed up that lasting connection simply: “I miss her to this day.”
That history gave the Jaclyn Smith Donna Mills gathering more meaning than a glamorous night of photographs. Fawcett created her foundation following her 2006 cancer diagnosis, and the organization continues supporting HPV-related cancer research, education, and advocacy. Its Tex-Mex Fiesta began in Los Angeles in 2015 and was designed to combine Fawcett’s Texas spirit with fundraising for cancer research. Seeing Smith, Mills, Fairchild, and their fellow television veterans together offered plenty of nostalgia, but the evening ultimately reflected something more enduring: friends continuing a mission that mattered deeply to Fawcett.
