Pamela Anderson Switches Out Signature Hairstyle For Full Front Bangs While Promoting ‘The Last Showgirl’

Pamela Anderson is making headlines again for her appearance, but this time, it is about her hair. The 57-year-old actress is sporting a new hairstyle, having ditched her usual center or middle part. She now wears her hair in bangs sitting just above her brows with the rest of her tresses let down.

Pamela debuted this look at the SAG-AFTRA special screening of The Last Showgirl on December 8, where she wore a plain but dramatic brown dress that covered her up. She still maintained her makeup-free look as her skin glowed in the lights.

Though released in September, The Last Showgirl is already ushering in accolades for Pamela, who received her first Golden Globe nomination for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion-Picture — Drama. She admitted to feeling grateful, overwhelmed, and blessed upon learning it.

The mother of two, who plays Las Vegas dancer Shelly in The Last Showgirl, dedicated her Golden Globe nod to her supporters, noting that she is an example of how good things can get when people start over. She has spent the last year reinventing herself beyond her blonde pinup doll identity from the ‘90s, which is paying off.

Pamela Anderson loves a fresh start

As with her hair, Pamela has not been afraid to try new things. She has made the no-makeup look trendy again, decades after pioneering the smokey eye, which is an iconic switch. Pamela says rocking her bare face comes with freedom and a tinge of rebellion against society’s expectations, which she loves.

She has also opted for a minimalist lifestyle, contrasting her youthful days plagued with controversy and a problematic love life. When she is not letting her natural face shine on red carpets or at magazine shoots, Pamela is at her home in Canada gardening or making homemade vegan meals.
