Jennifer Landon plays pink-hair Teeter in the ongoing Yellowstone series, where she puts on a thick West Texan accent that is far from her real-life way of speaking. Jennifer is from Malibu and grew up watching her father, Michael Landon from Little House on the Prairie, excel at his acting career.
It is no surprise that Jennifer opted for showbiz as an adult, having grown up around an actor father and her mother, Cindy Landon, who worked on Little House on the Prairie as a makeup artist. She also appeared in one of Michael’s ‘80s series, Highway To Heaven ,as a young child.
Who is Teeter on ‘Yellowstone?’
Jennifer Landon plays the foul-mouthed Teether in the Yellowstone series on Paramount, which is set to conclude season five in a few weeks. The 41-year-old joined the show in season three and became a fan favorite in no time with her daring personality and humorous theatrics.
Jennifer has become a regular in the ongoing season, having earned her place as a member of the Dutton ranch. This role comes after her appearance as Litlith Bode in the final season of Banshee in 2016.
Jennifer Landon was devastated after losing her actor dad
Michael passed away in 1991 after battling pancreatic cancer for months, and Jennifer was only eight at the time. Jennifer told the Pancreatic Cancer Network, in retrospect, that she was too young to understand the events leading up to his death; however, she could tell when things were getting worse.
Jennifer admitted that Michael’s passing has helped her see life differently ever since. She has charted her course in Hollywood, with her most famous credit coming from As the World Turns, for which she won three Daytime Emmy Awards. On the show, she played dual roles as her usual characters, Gwen Norbeck Munson and Cleo Babbitt.
