Tori Spelling Gets Backlash For New Look After Plastic Surgery: ‘Looks Like A Muppet’

Tori Spelling may have gone under the knife yet again, as she is being compared to a muppet on social media for her swollen face. It is not her first time receiving critique for her looks since getting her first plastic surgery as a teenager, which she regretted years later.

Over the years, she has made more stops under the knife for a nose job and filler and even used weight loss pills to shed the postpartum gains years ago. Just after appearing on season 33 of Dancing With the Stars, a fan posted a photo of Tori alongside Jane the Muppet, showing the similarity in their lips.

Social media calls Tori Spelling out for excess plastic surgery procedures

Tori is being laughed at for transforming into a Muppet due to many cosmetic enhancements, especially the fillers. “Tori spelling’s face looks like she’s been stung by a bunch of bees. Or she’s a muppet,” a concerned X user wrote, while another argued that she looked more like Ms Piggy.

Amid the criticism, Tori also got praise from her loyal supporters, who think she looks good for 51. “You don’t age & look hotter than ever,” a fan countered. They also commended her efforts as a mother of five, and for handling her kids alone after splitting from their father Dean McDermott.

Tori Spelling defended herself from the rumors

Tori previously defended herself from similar backlash, noting that her new look is not a result of plastic surgery but her makeup artist, Hailey Hoff. She praised Hoff for her contouring skills, sharing that it is the hack for looking near-perfect with a straight nose. She also credited exosome therapy procedures for her youthful look.

Critics have not only compared her to the muppets, they also posted her side-by-side with the Kardashian sisters, who often come under fire for cosmetic surgery and heavily edited photos. Amid the chaos online and her divorce, Tori is thriving as a mother and podcast host on the misSPELLING show.
