Heather Locklear showed up on a discussion panel at the ‘90s Con event at Dayton Beach, Florida, alongside some of her Melrose Place co-stars. It is her first public appearance in three years, with her last being at the premiere of the Lifetime original, Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff: The Kristine Carlson Story.
Joining her on stage were cast mates: Josie Bissett, Brooke Langton, Laura Leighton, Grant Show and Daphne Zuniga, as they discussed the upcoming reboot. Locklear also revealed her experience on a date with Tom Cruise, who she considered adorable but not an option.
A much-anticipated ‘Melrose Place’ reunion
Locklear assured those concerned that most of her co-stars are willing to reunite for a Melrose Place reunion, and plans are underway to make it happen. CBS Studios is currently developing the sequel, in which Locklear will reprise her role as Amanda Woodward.

Laura added that most of them are eager to reunite just as much as fans want, however, a lot of planning goes into setting up something worthwhile. She added that the sequel will focus on what happened to each character after 30 years.
What has Heather Locklear been up to?
Locklear has Melrose Place to thank for setting up her Hollywood career; however, her progress has been affected by alcohol addiction, which got her into court-ordered rehab in 2019 after nine misdemeanor counts and crashing her Porsche while out for a drive.

A couple of months ago, she was seen looking lost and disheveled in Malibu as she roamed an office building before settling on the ledge to talk to herself. She was later picked up by her fiancé, Chris Heisser, after which word got out that Locklear had fallen back to her longtime vice.
