It was recently reported that Clint Eastwood’s longtime partner, Christina Sandera, had passed away at the age of 61. Since then, the famed actor and director has released a statement following the news, saying, “Christina was a lovely, caring woman, and I will miss her very much.”
No cause of death has been disclosed. Eastwood and Sandera, known for keeping their relationship private, reportedly met while she was working as a hostess at his property, the Mission Ranch Hotel in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. This area, located on the Monterey Peninsula, has been Eastwood’s home for decades.

Since the news of her passing, Eastwood has been receiving an outpouring of love and support from fans online. “The only curse of old age. Seeing all your loved ones pass. Prayers,” one fan wrote. Another passed along their condolences, saying, “61 is too young. I’m so sorry.”

While Eastwood is a renowned actor and filmmaker, Sandera maintained a much lower profile. Beyond her relationship with Eastwood, little is known about her, and she was not active on social media.
