Lisa Marie Presley’s Ex Demands Six-Figure Payout From Her Daughter, Riley

As the battle for the sole ownership of the famous Graceland estate after Lisa Marie Presley’s passing ended with an agreement between Riley Keough and Priscilla Presley, all seemed well until the late singer’s ex-husband demanded his cut of the wealth. Reports alleged that Michael Lockwood is asking for a six-figure sum from Lisa Marie’s first daughter, Riley, through a legal process.

Michael, who shares twin daughters Harper and Finley with the late Lisa Marie, filed court documents stating that he contributed to an “effective and cost-efficient” resolution between Priscilla and Riley over the property; hence, a sum of $153,647.32 should be paid to him in his daughters’ interests. This comes after Riley compensated her grandmother with $1 million over their previous legal battle.

Riley will be making an additional payment of $400,000 in legal fees for Priscilla, who will remain a special adviser to the Promenade Trust in charge of the estate and will earn an annual pay for her position for the next ten years. Priscilla also clarified that she never sued her granddaughter, unlike what the media has portrayed in the last few months.

Sadly, Priscilla lost the right to be buried next to Elvis and Lisa Marie, as she always wished. Graceland holds a special place in the businesswoman’s heart, as she moved there at 17 while dating the Rock ‘n’ Roll king Elvis Presley. She claims to feel Elvis’ spirit on the property and still has thought about him decades after their tumultuous marriage.

Lisa Marie found love with Lockwood after three failed marriages. However, their union soon joined the list after about 10 years together. A tumultuous custody battle ensued and lasted for years until she passed. Lockwood accused her of being unfit as a sole caretaker for the children due to her record of drug use.

After Lisa Marie’s passing last year, Lockwood expressed his grief and promised to raise their children to carry on their family legacy. Contrary to his assertion, Lisa Marie’s legal team alleged that “disturbing photos” were found on Lockwood’s computer, causing Priscilla to stand in temporarily as their guardian.
