Denise Austin took to TikTok to share her specialty with her growing fanbase, teaching them how to keep fit as they age with easy moves. In one of her videos, she highlighted three simple moves she does to keep healthy and energized. “Here are three easy moves that I like to do with my weights,” she said.
In the clip captioned “fit over 50,” Denise wore a blue-themed yoga set featuring a light top and deeper-colored bottoms with thick-soled sneakers. “They work your arms and your lower half – two workouts in one. Let’s begin,” she noted while demonstrating to viewers.

Denise started her workout routine with a dumbbell in each hand and did a pull-down by holding her arms up at a right angle and bringing them down while her knees came up at the same time. “They work your arms and your lower half – two workouts in one. Let’s begin,” she instructed.

Next, she put her head forward with her legs back and returned one leg back each time while turning her arms backward. “The second exercise is a tap back, working the triceps and your booty,” she explained. Lastly, she widened her legs far apart— flicking one back at a time and moving side to side with both arms up in small curls. “The third one works your arms by step curls and hamster curls and works the back of those legs,” she said.
Denise was not a new face to some of the viewers who used to watch her on TV decades ago. “I watched you 20 years ago! You haven’t changed!” someone exclaimed. “Been watching you since the 80s when I was a teenager. Love seeing you look so great and healthy!” another added.
Some were left inspired to take their fitness more seriously regardless of age and thanked Denise for being an excellent example. “Thank you so much Denise from someone who just turned 62 and restarting again I feel I can do these. ‘Never too old’, I keep trying to tell myself,” a viewer commented.
