The TV host and actress took to Instagram to celebrate a significant milestone in her and her husband Ross Birmingham’s health journey. She revealed that they had successfully shed over 30 pounds in four months.

Lake’s post included a series of inspiring photos chronicling their transformation. The journey began with a snapshot of the couple embarking on their daily hike, showcasing their commitment to an active lifestyle. She also shared two throwback photos of herself, providing a glimpse into the starting point of their endeavor.
“I’ve been wanting to share with you what I’ve been up to these last 4 months,” she wrote in the caption.“On October 26th, 2023, I made a commitment to myself to get healthier. My husband, Ross, joined me in this effort. Together, we have each lost 30+ lbs.”
Lake said that she and her husband successfully lost weight without relying on pharmaceutical products. “Not that there is anything wrong with that,” Lake admitted. “But neither of us were pre diabetic and both of us felt like we wanted to at least try and do it on our own.”
Lake also expressed her joy and satisfaction in opting for this weight loss method as she found it to be a practical and fulfilling approach to achieving her fitness goals. “I am so so proud of us. I feel amazing. I feel strong,” she confessed. “I will go in depth in another post of what I did exactly, but suffice to say this is the healthiest way I’ve lost weight in all of my years.”
