Bruce Willis’ daughter Scout took to Instagram to share memories from 2023 as the year ended. Included in her 10-photo carousel was a picture of Bruce in bed amid his year-long battle with dementia. In the touching snap, she embraced her dad and looked lovingly into his eyes while he placed a hand on her head.
She also shared moments with other members of the Willis family and snaps from her day-to-day life in the post, which she captioned, “BIG YEAR FOR SCOUTER. WELCOME TO THE JOY.” Fans were particularly excited to see Bruce as they were concerned for his whereabouts during the holiday.

Someone left a sweet note in the comments acknowledging the family’s support for Bruce. “Bless the love your dad is surrounded by, a warm cocoon to float in, perfectly safe. Another follower admitted that Scout’s post was healing for her as she grieves her recent loss. “The pics are all amazing, but the one with you and your father really moves me,” the user wrote. “I lost my dad this past August suddenly and I don’t think it’ll ever feel real. Seeing your face emanate towards your dad makes me feel peace somehow.”
Bruce’s holiday

My love and adoration for him only grows.” She also explained in a subsequent post that the holidays were difficult due to Bruce’s condition, however, the support of friends, family, and fans helped her get through.
