Jessica Allossery is a musician from Canada and was looking for a vintage trailer to make into a tiny home. She wanted an inexpensive place to live that would allow her to travel across the country, making her music. So, Jessica found a 15-foot 1969 vintage Bailey Mikado and fell in love!
She named it Pearl and with her parent’s help, they fixed up the camper to create a livable tiny home for Jessica. It was gutted when she bought it, but luckily her parents were very helpful! Her dad is a carpenter while her mother is a craftswoman. This was the perfect family project for them.
So, what is Jessica’s advice to others who want to build their own tiny home camper? Develop patience and perseverance to see your project to the end. It took her a lot of both to renovate this vintage camper.
