Candace Cameron Bure Stuns On The Red Carpet In White Mini Dress With Sheer Lace Skirt

At the Nashville premiere of her new movie Unsung Hero, Candace Cameron Bure showed up looking chic in a white mini-dress with a sweetheart neckline, and an extended sheer lace skirt to match. She also accessorized with white pointed pumps, a necklace with a matching bracelet, and subtle makeup to go with the look.

Bure let her long blonde hair down in a center part, as she posed on the red carpet while celebrating her recent project, which portrays the global family move of Christian band For King & Country members, Joel and Luke Smallbone, from Australia to the United States.

Bure played the role of Kay Albright in Unsung Heroes, which she also executive-produced alongside Luke. The Smallbone brothers sent over the script, which she facilitated for production after having “devoured” it. The mother of three had told Luke and Joel she would “love to be a part of it, whether it is as a producer or an actress.”

While speaking about the project on The View, Bure said she found Luke and Joel’s story “unbelievable.” “They immigrated here and had absolutely nothing, like a jar of a few dollars, and so this story is how it’s about miracles,” she said, noting that the “unsung hero” in question “is their mom, Helen, who really kept the pieces together of their family.”

Bure is famously known for her evangelical Christian beliefs, which cut across most of her choices including fashion. During her time on Dancing With the Stars, she ensured to only dance with fully clothed partners, including Mark Ballas, who badly wanted to show off his toned abs. “They didn’t show it on the show but the only reason was because I thought it might be a little uncomfortable for my children,” she explained in her defense.

Bure received backlash on social media for her rules on the dance show, however she remained unfazed. “I’ve been working on understanding that not everybody is going to like me or agree with my point of view and it is okay,” she conceded, noting that she often stays off social media “because there can be so much negativity.”
