Bruce Willis’ Wife On Most ‘Thoughtful Thing’ Their Daughter Has Done For Him Amid Dementia Battle

Bruce Willis has been surrounded by love and support since he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. His family and loved ones have been supportive, especially his daughter, Evelyn.

Bruce’s youngest daughter helped him deal with the condition better by doing her own research and helping. While giving an update on the situation, Emma, Bruce’s wife, appreciated the nine-year-old for being “an absolute puddle.”

Bruce’s daughter discovered a helpful tip

Emma confessed that their daughter did some findings on “fun facts” about Bruce’s condition and discovered people with frontotemporal dementia are prone to dehydration. She then told her mom about her discovery and to keep an eye on Bruce.

“I said to her, ’Evelyn, we will always make sure daddy has a bottle of water in hand. Thank you for letting me know. But that is the most loving and compassionate thing that you can do is to be curious and educate yourself on your dad’s disease,’” Emma recalled.

Bruce has been a doting girl dad

The 68-year-old actor is a father to five adorable daughters— Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah from his previous marriage and Evelyn and Mabel from his current marriage to Emma. He is also a grandfather, thanks to his first daughter, Rumer, who recently had a baby.

Emma shared that she makes sure the girls “remember Bruce as an amazing, fun dad. She wants them to have the best memories of him.” Bruce’s ex-wife, Demi Moore, has also been present to help during these tough times, which is something touching to witness. A source disclosed that Emma “couldn’t be more grateful” for having “the biggest support system” as she takes care of her husband and the kids.
