The 77-year-old is challenging the validity and authenticity of her late daughter’s will stating that an alteration was made to Lisa Marie Presley’s Promenade Trust. The amendment made her children Riley and Benjamin Keough co-trustees while excluding Priscilla and her former business manager, Barry Siegel, from the list.

Priscilla alleged that there are many errors in the document that made her doubt the validity, which include the misspelling of her name and the inconsistency of her daughter’s signature. She also argued that the document was never delivered to her while Marie Presley was alive.
