Phil Robertson Shares A Powerful Video Message For Veteran’s Day

Phil Robertson is famous for his role in the popular TV series Duck DynastyThe businessman is a father of five and a devout Christian who likes to make his core values known to the world. Recently, Robertson shared a celebratory post on Instagram that reflects his ideological leanings while praising those who served in the military. “To all you veterans that protect us, I appreciate it. Big time,” Robertson detailed. “Bibles and guns.”

Per the phrase, “Bibles and guns”, we know that Robertson has few things very dear to him, which include his faith, his gun, and above all, family. Robertson does not fail to share his religious beliefs and values with his followers as a dedicated Christian.

Aside from faith, family, and guns, Robertson is also politically active. He is known to approach politics from a Christian standpoint, as he makes clear in his interviews and his book–Jesus Politics: How to win back the soul of America. “… the book’s about a picture of what the kingdom of God is like to people of faith,” Robertson told Fox Business during an interview. “as they operate within a constitutional Republic.”

The “Duck Commander,” as Robertson is fondly called, also loves to hunt. Pro Football Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw once commented on Robertson’s love for hunting, saying, “… Phil Robertson loved hunting more than he loved football. He’d come to practice directly from the woods, squirrel tails hanging out of his pockets, duck feathers on his clothes. Clearly, he was a fine shot, so no one complained too much.”

Per Bradshaw’s love for football, and his own love for hunting, Robertson once commented: “Terry went for the bucks, and I chased after the ducks.”

Watching The Biopic, ‘The Blind,’ Wasn’t So Easy For Robertson.

Robertson admitted that making his biopic, The Blind was a challenge for him. “This movie shows me at my worst moments. It wasn’t easy for me to watch, especially at first. But ‘The Blind’ is also a movie about love and hope,” he stated in a recent Instagram post. “If a scoundrel like me can be redeemed, then, believe me, so can you.” The movie will be out in theatres by September 2023.

On his tribute video to American military veterans, many fans and followers commented with cheerful responses, appreciating his acknowledgment. “Thanks and thankful for you and your family,” one person writes. “You thanked me for my service. Thank you for being an American worth fighting for!” Another says. And many other words of gratitude flooded Robertson’s comment section. The Duck Commander knows how to keep his followers engaged and responding all the time.
