Kevin Bacon And Kyra Sedgwick Do The TikTok ‘Footloose’ Challenge

Kevin Bacon and his wife Kyra Sedgwick shared a very nostalgic video on TikTok. Kevin was the star of the 1984 film Footloose, so naturally, he had to take part in a Footloose challenge on the video-sharing platform.

The dance challenge requires one person to hold another person by their arm and leg. They must then drop them to the beat of the movie’s title song by Kenny Loggins. They truly made it look easy and their daughter, Sosie, commented, “I GET ITTT.”

Kevin captioned the fun video, “I don’t remember this being part of the original #Footloose #dance choreography 🤣 but figured we’d give it a spin” He added in the comments, “And yes, this was just as hard as it looks 😅” While Kevin has said in the past he doesn’t like going out and dancing for fear the DJ plays this song, he loves to dance with his family at home.

Kevin and Kyra have been married since 1988 and also share a son named Travis. Since they have been married for so long in Hollywood, Kevin said he gets tired of always being asked what the secret to marriage is.

So, he joked, “That’s a question I refuse to answer anymore, but there are a few things you don’t want to do if you want a long marriage. One is to leave the toilet seat up, and another is to say, ‘I told you so.’”
