  • You need to be of legal drinking age (21) and have a valid dog adoption receipt from now until Feb. 21st in order to qualify.
  • The offer is not available in certain states – keep reading to find out if yours makes the cut.

Coors Light will officially be reimbursing up to $100 in fees for 1,000 dog adoptions across the country. This will be happening between today and February 21st and the offer stands for those ages 21 and older. Chelsea Parker, Marketing Manager at Molson Coors talks about this new, amazing venture. It’s specifically for dogs that find their forever homes.

“Cuffing Season is a major cultural trend and poses tension for our younger drinkers, as they navigate the stress of finding someone to spend the cold months with,” Parker says. “With almost half of millennials planning to stay in on Valentine’s Day, we wanted to help empower people to savor the day with Coors Light and a dog by their side.”

This also is not the first time a beer company has helped to clear out animal shelters. A Florida-based brewery featured four dogs that were up for adoption on their beer cans just last month. “There are so many dogs looking for their person and have unconditional love to give — so this effort was natural extension to Coors Light’s latest ad campaign, which features a woman who’s choosing to skip cuffing season and chill with her dog and a cold beer instead,” a Coors Light rep says.
