Bette Midler recently took to social media to mock Lori Loughlin as she is in the midst of the college admissions scandal. She and her husband, Mossimo Giuannuli, have pleaded not guilty to a new charge of conspiring “to commit federal program bribery.” The couple is still under accusations of paying a college admissions consultant a $500,000 bribe to get their two daughters into USC members of the crew team (they no longer attend USC and don’t even play the sport).
Midler’s comments come shortly after Felicity Huffman gets a release from prison early. She was supposed to do 14 days in prison, as she admits paying to have her daughter’s test scores altered.
Bette Midler mocks Lori Loughlin during college admissions scandal
Lori Laughlin has pleaded not guilty to new college admissions charges. She must be really starting to panic that the judge might put her away for…oh, I don’t know…hours!

“Lori Laughlin has pleaded not guilty to new college admissions charges. She must be really starting to panic that the judge might put her away for…oh, I don’t know…hours!” Midler says in her tweet. Many people were outraged to learn that Huffman only got 14 days in prison. They were even more outraged when they learned she was released early.
Many people believe that Huffman should have received a longer sentence. Should Loughlin be found guilty, she will earn more jail time than 14 days, but many believe she will get off easy like Huffman did.
People aren’t happy, but co-stars support Loughlin no matter what
Pretty white lady wins again. What gets me is that they think so little of their kids that they need to cheat them into college… that means they know their kids aren’t qualified to be there. Glad they’re not my mother.

Loughlin is currently scheduled for a November 20th arraignment. Her Full House co-star, Bob Saget, talks about his support for his friend. “I love the people I love and I have empathy for people that are in my life for 35 years,” Saget tells Fox News. “I don’t cut people out.”
Some of Loughlin’s other co-stars like John Stamos have also expressed their support for her during this time. Despite however many people mock her or the situation, she still has some people backing her up.
We still have some time to go before we reach a verdict on Loughlin’s case. Watch the video below to learn more about the new charge against Loughlin and her husband.
